Returns & Exchange Policy

All purchases made on our website are final. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchange for change of mind or incorrect ring sizing. 

Whilst we hope this never happens, if you have received a faulty or damaged item upon delivery, please contact us at attaching a photo of the faulty, unworn, item received within 14 days from the date of receiving your parcel. 

Returns must be unused, unworn and returned in their original packaging. Should jewellery not be returned within the above frame, the goods will be shipped back to the customer.

All returns are at the expense of the customer and under their responsibility.

Please note, items that cannot be returned are earrings or studs due to hygienic reasons.


All AMALIA. Jewellery pieces come with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase for all manufacturing defects only, not for wear and tear. Pieces deemed to be faulty will be replaced at our discretion. At this stage, AMALIA. Jewellery do not offer a repair service.

Please be advised that mishandling and wear-and-tear is not considered a fault during the course of normal use. 

Mishandling includes, mishandling by the customer, accidents, exposure to  chemicals, knocks or rubbing, wear and tear, and natural aging. 

Customers are advised to read AMALIA. Jewellery care guide, before purchase of items. 

Pieces returned to AMALIA. Jewellery will be assessed accordingly.
