Shipping & Handling

All orders are packaged with care, and whilst we aim to pack orders within 24 hours we are a small business. Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be dispatched. Purchases made on weekends and/or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation notice to your registered email.

AMALIA. Jewellery will not be held liable for lost, missing parcels, or uncollected parcels due to unsuccessful delivery attempts.

International Orders

International Duties and Taxes 

AMALIA. do not collect international taxes, VAT or customs charges. It is advised to customers to visit your respective country's website, should there be applicable inbound duties, taxes and any other fees outlined by local Customs authority – payment of these fees may be necessary to release your order from Customs upon arrival.

Should a customer refuse to pay any relevant taxes or VAT upon receiving their order, therefore not receiving the order. AMALIA. Jewellery will not be held responsible or be required to process a refund.
